Delivery and payment

We ship with Nova Poshta across Ukraine. On the site you pay for the products only.

Delivery

Orders over ₴5,000 ship free — we cover the carrier's fee.

Below that amount you pay the carrier on collection, at the branch or the parcel locker. On the site you pay for the products only; we add nothing to the invoice.

We dispatch within 1–2 working days of payment. The tracking number goes to the email given with the order.

Payment

Card payment online via LiqPay — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Card details are entered on the payment provider's secure page. They never reach our site and we do not store them.

Inspection on collection

At the branch, unpack and inspect the order before paying and before signing. If an item is damaged or wrong, do not accept it — ask staff to record it and write to us.
