1. General provisions

Anna Sidorova, individual entrepreneur (Ukraine) (the Seller) addresses this offer to sell the products presented on giaskin.com.ua to an unlimited number of persons.

Placing an order on the site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer, together with the delivery terms, the returns terms and the privacy policy.

2. Products and price

The Seller sells professional skincare. Prices are stated in Ukrainian hryvnia and may change. The price in force when the order is placed is final for that order.

Packaging may differ slightly from the photographs on the site when the manufacturer updates it.

3. Ordering and payment

An order is considered accepted once payment is received. Payment is made by card online through LiqPay.

Delivery of orders over ₴5,000 is at the Seller's expense. Below that amount the Buyer pays the carrier on collection.

4. Cosmetologist consultations

An online consultation is an information service for choosing skincare. It is not a medical service, it does not establish a diagnosis and it does not replace seeing a doctor in person.

The service is considered delivered once the consultation has taken place or the care plan has been sent. A paid consultation is non-refundable.

5. Returns

Return terms are set out on the Returns page and form an integral part of this offer.

6. Liability

The Seller is not liable for an individual reaction to a cosmetic product. Read the ingredients before use and, if in doubt, do a patch test.
