In the evening, after cleansing and toning, apply about 1 ml of the serum to the face, neck and décolleté with light movements of the fingers. Wait until it has fully absorbed, then apply a cream. Start with twice a week and gradually build up to daily use. During the day, always use a generous amount of sunscreen. Use it together with the Vitamin A cream by Dr. Spiller to enhance the effect.
